- To cancel or manage a reservation go to the SmarterTravel website and initiate a chat with our chatbot Marty.
- Type or choose "cancel my reservation" from the list of options.
- Make sure you are aware of the cancellation policy for your reservation. This information can be found in the confirmation email you recieved when you made the booking.
If you have a non-refundable reservation, we will be able to cancel it but no refund will be due back to you.
If you have a refundable reservation, we will cancel and refund the booking. The refund will reflect back on your account within 3 to 7 business days.

- Follow along with the prompts to be put in touch with a member of our team who will process your reservation's cancellation.
- You will receive an email from our team confirming that your booking has been canceled.
