- Go to SmarterTravel's Hotel Website
- Click on the chat bubble located at the top, right-hand corner of the page
- Engage with our ChatBot SmartyMarty - he will provide you with FAQ articles and other helpful information. If he is not able to answer your questions, he will triage you to an agent or prompt you to leave a message for our team.
- Provide your best contact email, SmarterTravel Confirmation number (if applicable), and a brief summary of the issue you're encountering.
- If an agent is immediately available to assist you, you will have a live agent within 5 minutes max! If there is no agent available or it is outside of business hours, you will be prompted to leave a message for our team. Rest assured that we will promptly follow up via email as soon as an agent is available.
