If we identify a duplicate booking, we will promptly notify the customer via the contact information (email and by a personal phone call) provided during the booking process. We will request verification of the duplicate booking, ensuring accuracy and avoiding any misunderstanding. The customer will be required to provide the necessary details to confirm the duplication.
- Refund Options
a. Cancellation of Additional Booking(s): The customer will have the option to cancel the duplicate booking(s) within a specified timeframe, within 24 hours of notification. The client must issue a response. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the additional booking(s) to the original payment method.
b. Retention of Original Booking: If the customer wishes to retain their original booking and cancel the duplicate booking(s), the refund will not be applicable. The customer will be responsible for the full payment of the original booking.
- Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as system errors or technical glitches on our part, where the duplicate booking is a result of our negligence, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the fault lies with us, we may provide a refund or alternative compensation options at our discretion.
