Reservation with a Future Check-in Date:
If you've contacted the hotel to verify your SmarterTravel reservation scheduled for a later date and were informed that it couldn't be located, there's no need to worry. Hotels prioritize reservations based on the check-in date, and if your arrival date is more than two weeks away, the hotel's sales team is likely working on updating it along with all the other reservations that have come in for that property. Rest assured, the hotel has been informed of your booking and your reservation is confirmed! Typically, the hotel provides us with a confirmation number two weeks before your check-in date. Should you find yourself within one week of your reservation and in need of the hotel's confirmation number, feel free to reach out to us.
Same-Day or Last-Minute Bookings
For those who have just booked a reservation with SmarterTravel, it is important to note that same-day, last-minute reservations take time to process with the hotel. We ask that you give the hotel's system about 30 minutes to process your booking before going to check-in.
