1. Attempting to Cancel On or After the Check-in Date
You will not be able to process a cancellation of your reservation if it is on or after the date of check-in. Be sure to check that the check-in date is after a cancellation is attempted.
2. Website or System Issue
This doesn't happen often but it is worth mentioning that there could be an internal issue preventing you from canceling your reservation. Please contact our customer service team to resolve this issue.
